




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for monitoring and managing surgery data, process queues, conversion rates, and call center performance to support operational team distribution and achieve sector results. Focus on sector performance indicators. * Analyze, monitor, and manage the surgery database, process queue, execution lead time, surgery conversion rate, and telephone service performance using dashboards, reports, and available systems. Provide information and data to support, guide, and assist in the distribution of CRMO operational teams and tasks, with the ultimate objective of achieving sector performance indicators. * Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent practical experience; knowledge of customer service processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
