Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Installing and configuring operating systems and applications. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers. Configuring networks (access points, Wi-Fi, cabling). Supporting printers and peripherals. Providing service-level agreement (SLA)-based support. Performing data backups and applying security best practices. Creating and managing user accounts and access rights. Previous roles such as IT Technical Support, Support Analyst, Computer Maintenance Technician, or Network Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed technical training required.
