Report creation and maintenance, and data management We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team and focus on support, system management, and ERP Winthor-related process monitoring. If you have experience in this field and enjoy working in a practical and dynamic way, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Opening and tracking tickets in Mais Dados and Totvs; * User support for Winthor, Windows, and Office suite; * Product registration and maintenance; * Purchase order entry and adjustments; * Support for computers and printers; * Generating accounting reports; * Developing spreadsheets with sales indicators; * Creating and monitoring customer satisfaction surveys; * Verifying and monitoring customer registrations; * Creating and maintaining reports via Report Builder. **What We Are Looking For:** * Prior experience with Winthor (mandatory); * Organized, analytical, and proactive profile; * Strong communication skills to interact with various departments across the company.
