Here, you will find real opportunities for professional development and growth. **Main Responsibilities** **Recruitment & Selection** Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational, administrative, specialist, and leadership positions. Align job profiles with managers, ensuring deep understanding of business needs. Perform active hunting across various channels and platforms. Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare structured assessment reports. Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience throughout the process. Monitor recruitment metrics (SLA, etc.). **Generalist HR Activities** Support training and development initiatives. Contribute to organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication projects. Support leaders on people management topics. **Technical Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Solid experience in R&S, managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience recruiting candidates at various levels. Experience in active hunting and market mapping. Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and preparing structured assessment reports. Experience managing multiple simultaneous vacancies, with strong organization and demand prioritization skills. Experience with R&S metrics (SLA, etc.). Experience with recruitment systems (ATS) and talent search platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Yapp, among others). Experience in generalist HR activities, supporting training, culture, development, or people management projects. **Behavioral Profile** Proactivity and autonomy in managing recruitment processes and projects. Agility and sense of priority, able to operate effectively in dynamic environments with multiple demands. Analytical ability and critical thinking to evaluate candidate profiles and support managers’ decision-making.
