Job Summary: A professional responsible for facility management, supervision of third-party contracts, monitoring of construction projects and renovations, and administrative coordination—ensuring the maintenance and proper operation of facilities. Support for construction project execution and user relations **Facility Management:** * Monitor maintenance of building systems and conduct technical inspections. * Develop maintenance plans and control operational costs. **Third-Party Management:** * Supervise third-party service contracts (e.g., cleaning, security). * Control quality, deadlines, and scopes. **Construction and Renovation Monitoring:** * Support construction project execution and ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines. **Administrative Relations:** * Address user requests and manage technical documentation. **Requirements:** * Building Technician qualification; Civil Engineering studies preferred. * Experience in similar roles and in construction or third-party management. * Knowledge of building maintenance and cost control.
