




Description: In this Infrastructure Coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating infrastructure maintenance activities at the Caldeira Institute, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient operation of building systems—including electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and other assets. You will also plan, execute, and control preventive and corrective maintenance, lead teams, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance with technical, safety, and accessibility standards. Responsibilities and Duties Team and Maintenance Routine Management * Coordinate, supervise, and organize internal maintenance teams and * third-party contractors. * Assign tasks, monitor service execution, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Promote the team’s technical development and resolve operational issues. Maintenance Planning and Execution * Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Ensure full functionality of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, structural, and other building systems. * Minimize the impact of maintenance activities on daily hub operations. Compliance, Safety, and Accessibility * Ensure all facilities comply with technical, legal, occupational safety, and accessibility standards. * Identify operational risks, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation of improvements. * Maintain a safe environment for employees, partners, and visitors. Infrastructure Improvement and Modernization Projects * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in infrastructure and maintenance processes. * Plan, monitor, and supervise infrastructure improvement, renovation, and adaptation projects. * Support physical expansion and restructuring projects for the hub, aligned with the institution’s strategic needs. Budgetary Management and Performance Indicators * Plan and monitor the annual maintenance department budget. * Control operational and project-related costs under your responsibility. * Prepare periodic performance reports using key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service efficiency, costs, and quality. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * Proven experience in building maintenance coordination, utilities management, and team leadership. * Experience in infrastructure project management. * Solid knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficiency in technical and management software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. 2512210202551931069
