**Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Immediate Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair failures in machines, conveyors, electric motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems during the shift to minimize downtime. \- Preventive/Predictive Maintenance: Perform scheduled tasks such as lubrication, inspection of electrical components, replacement of wear parts, and mechanical adjustments according to the Maintenance and Operations Plan. \- Fault Diagnosis: Use technical tools, multimeters, and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams/schematics to identify root causes of problems in complex equipment. \- Installation and Assembly: Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment or electrical/mechanical components. \- Documentation and Handover (Shift Change): Record all activities performed, materials used, and pending issues in technical reports or work orders, ensuring continuity of work for the next shift team. \- Safety and Regulations: Strictly comply with technical safety regulations (e.g., NR-10 and NR-12) and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety. \- Safety and Regulations: Strictly comply with technical safety regulations (e.g., NR-10 and NR-12) and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety. \- Monitor machine performance and perform fine-tuning to optimize production. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed High School Education * Availability to work rotating shifts * Availability to work at the Pains/MG unit **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **People with Disabilities (PCD):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Life Insurance Meal Voucher On-site Meals PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) **Work Location:** ---------------------- MTZ\_TMF FERTILIZANTES **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Rotating Shift (12 X 36 Schedule)
