Communication and customer relationship Cleaning Supervisor Various locations in Belo Horizonte \- MG Salary: R$ 2\.648,04 Benefits: * Meal allowance of R$ 31.34 per workday * Basic food basket card * Transportation allowance * Medical assistance after probation period Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Requirements: * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) * Driving skill and safety awareness * Experience in team leadership * Good communication skills Main Responsibilities: * Manage and guide the team in assigned areas * Assign tasks and monitor service execution * Supervise cleaning and maintenance quality * Ensure proper use of materials, products, and equipment * Monitor and request replenishment of supplies * Conduct periodic inspections * Attend to building managers, supervisors, and clients * Serve as the communication link among the company, team, and client * Report operational incidents and support needs Compensation: R$2\.648,04 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Basic food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and have recent driving experience? * Do you have experience in team leadership? * Are you available to work at various locations in Belo Horizonte \- MG?
