We are looking for a recently\-graduated attorney eager to learn, grow professionally, and build a career in Labor Law as a Service Partner. **On a day\-to\-day basis, you will:** * Handle labor litigation proceedings; * Draft medium\-complexity procedural documents; * Analyze documents and supporting materials for defenses and submissions; * Attend hearings as a legal representative or attorney; * Conduct legal research and monitor official publications; * Update internal systems and maintain case information; * Support the legal team on consultative and strategic matters; * Communicate with clients for alignment and document requests. **We seek someone who has:** * Completed Law degree; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Willingness to work under an exclusivity regime; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority; **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in a law firm or in-house labor law department; * Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
