Position: Snack Bar Assistant * **Gelato Preparation and Service:** **Maintenance, Hygiene, and Organization:Requirements:** * **Delighting customers:** Greet customers warmly, offer flavor tastings, and explain the artisanal (Italian-style) composition of gelatos. * **Active selling:** Recommend flavor combinations and complementary products (cones, coffee, desserts). * **Delivery service:** Verify, prepare, and dispatch online platform orders. * **Technical assembly:** Serve gelatos using the proper spatula technique to ensure texture, presentation, and brand standards (cup, cone, or *brioche*). * **Cafeteria product preparation:** Prepare coffees (espresso, cappuccino) and other hot/cold beverages. * **Dessert assembly:** Prepare bowls, milkshakes, or *affogatos*. * **Display case hygiene:** Keep gelato containers (*pozzettos*) and glass display cases clean and organized. * **General cleaning:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tables, and utensils, adhering to sanitary inspection standards. * **Stock replenishment:** Monitor inventory and restock ingredients, cones, and packaging. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and teamwork spirit. * Availability for a 6x1 rotating schedule (including weekends and holidays) * Schedule: 6x1 rotation\- (one fixed weekly day off and one Sunday off per month), 12:00 to 20:20 * High school diploma completed * Meal allowance of R$30.00 per working day (R$1.00 monthly deduction) * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance of R$410.00, no deduction; * Conexa Health (monthly online consultations, free with psychologists and * nutritionists); * Bimonthly bonus of up to R$300.00 for achieving the store’s sales target; Gympass;Bimonthly attendance bonus of R$100.00; * Bakery and Cafeteria of the brand; * Movie Kit \+ Day Off on birthday; * Unimed health and dental insurance after 3 months; * Life insurance; * 50% discount on gelato purchases and 10% discount on * Internal career advancement opportunities.
