Propose continuous improvements in bakery and confectionery processes. **Description** We are looking for a **Bakery Technician I** to provide technical support to customers, ensuring product quality, standardization, and supply, as well as training teams and promoting continuous process improvements in bakery operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct weekly customer visits according to the defined route. Train customer production teams on fermentation, baking, and product finishing. Ensure quality and standardization of items displayed at points of sale. Provide guidance on equipment maintenance and sanitation. Monitor customer inventories to minimize stockouts and ensure proper storage. Record visits and technical status via the mobile application. Propose continuous improvements for customers and colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of bakery and confectionery techniques, perishable goods storage, and inventory operations. Familiarity with customer service, product display, and the retail market.
