




We are seeking a Chef to oversee the entire gastronomic production department of the group. This professional will be responsible for managing processes, personnel, and quality—supervising everything from the creation and development of new menus and recipes through to finalization, testing, presentations, and implementation within the department. They will also oversee the nutrition, quality assurance, procurement, kitchen, and pastry departments, ensuring effective team development and smooth operational processes. Requirements: - Execute events; - Develop new menus; - Update all technical sheets and systems; - Organize weekly production; - Improve the distribution flow of supplies for events; - Receive reports on food surplus; - Supervise tastings, implementation of new dishes, and training sessions for the commercial team; - Train event staff and manage scheduling; - Submit biweekly reports to senior management detailing completed activities; - Strong interpersonal skills; - Annual cost forecasting.
