Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct weekly customer visits according to the defined route. * Train customers' production teams on fermentation, baking, and product finishing. * Ensure quality and standardization of items displayed at points of sale. * Provide guidance on equipment preservation and sanitation. * Monitor customer inventory levels to minimize stockouts and ensure proper storage. * Record customer visits and technical status via mobile application. * Propose continuous improvements for customers and colleagues. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of bakery and confectionery techniques, perishable goods storage, and inventory management. * Familiarity with customer service, product display, and the retail market. 2511080202181856662
