Restocking and storage of products **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in preparing meat cuts for sale, sorting\-them by type, cleaning, and storing them on the counter; * Assist in restocking, storing, and organizing meat cuts and chicken portions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma; * Flexible availability for working hours; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. * Assist the butcher in preparing meat cuts for sale, sorting\-them by type, cleaning, and storing them on the counter or in refrigerated or frozen chambers. * Assist in restocking, storing, and organizing meat cuts and chicken portions inside the refrigerator or freezer to facilitate customer service and preserve product quality. * Assist in stocking display islands, replacing damaged, expired, or soon-to-expire items, organizing\-them by type, restocking as needed, and reporting questions to the butcher or butcher department coordinator for resolution. * Keep knives sharp and clean to ensure immediate usability. * Maintain all equipment, utensils, machines, counters, and floors clean, sanitized, and organized during work and at the end of each shift, using recommended cleaning products to ensure complete sanitation in the butcher shop area. * Perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity, and responsibility level, as instructed by supervisors.
