Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a non-profit organization sustained by ticket revenue, event hosting, and donations from individuals and legal entities — either direct or via Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws. Its landscapes across 140 hectares of visitable area offer visitors a unique experience that blends art and nature. Over 500 people collaborate daily to ensure this entire structure functions smoothly. Join us too! **Responsibilities and Duties** **This person will be responsible for:** * Performing practical activities related to plant management and development in nurseries and cultivation areas; * Assisting in plant propagation (cuttings and direct sowing); * Supporting the organization of nursery infrastructure; * Moving pots between structures to advance plant development; * Conducting formative pruning; * Using inputs for substrate preparation; * Performing manual irrigation; * Carrying out related tasks as directed by immediate leadership; * Monitoring plant mother stock in the nursery and gardens; * Performing cross-pollination procedures for production; * Preparing production reports and supporting the documentation of cultivation protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Agronomy, Biology, or related fields; or completed technical training in related disciplines; * Prior experience in plant production or cultivation is required; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Strong writing ability; * **Availability to work weekend and holiday shifts.** **Additional Information** Additional Information: * CLT employment regime; * Health insurance, dental insurance, chartered transportation, commuter allowance, on-site meals, meal card, culture allowance, Wellhub membership, and life insurance. #### **Inhotim** Inhotim is a contemporary art museum and botanical garden located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006\.
