If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be a #Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure daily production plan execution and achievement of production targets (including rework); * Interact with schedulers and estimators to guarantee adherence to scheduling; * Ensure continuous maintenance processes, following quality manuals and maintenance procedures; Responsible for the team’s technical development, training mechanics according to the skills matrix plan, ensuring services are performed correctly and within the required timeframe; * Monitor mechanic productivity by tracking maintenance execution against standard time; * Support the Workshop Supervisor in their activities, assuming some responsibilities as delegated and directed; * Ensure 5S implementation and workshop organization; Daily checks for compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in mechanical maintenance; * Serve as the workshop’s technical reference: Understand the roles of Technician A, Junior, and Senior+; * Minimum teaching ability to technically develop the team; * Self-driven professional capable of performing diagnostics and maintenance; Strong technical analytical capacity for diagnosing and investigating mechanical anomalies; * Decisive and creative in technical solutions; Resilient; * Ability to work under pressure; Motivational and conciliatory profile; * Teamwork; * Clear and objective verbal and written communication; Monitor and instruct the team; * Autonomy and self-development; * Basic understanding of KPIs (indicators, QGV). **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Life Insurance:** To protect our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** Taking care of yourself and staying well matters. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance—all on one card!
