Righi Gastronomia is a company dedicated to culinary art, offering a variety of dishes and gastronomic services. Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, the company strives to deliver unique experiences through gastronomy. **Responsibilities:** Perform cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, support areas, and other facilities. Wash utensils, equipment, and materials used in food production and service. Collect and dispose of waste appropriately. Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies in all areas. Organize cleaning supply inventories and assist in replenishing consumables. Assist in arranging tables, chairs, and common areas as needed. Support kitchen and dining room staff in operational activities. Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe environment. Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations. Previous experience as a Cleaner Assistant, General Services Helper, Maintenance Operator, or Cleaning Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
