Responsibilities include scheduling and recording service appointments—including recall campaigns and technical updates—as well as confirming customer registration data and vehicle information. The professional must contact sales and after-sales customers within defined deadlines, plan the workshop schedule according to workshop capacity, conduct satisfaction surveys (SMD), generate reports (RAC), and complete training on the manufacturer's portal.
