Sales Consultant (m/f) \- Pharma Sector Company: Nestlé with children's and adult nutritional supplements Temporary contract: 3 months, with high possibility of extension Salary: R$ 2\.050,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 354,55/month Food Voucher: R$ 170,00/month Transportation Voucher: R$ 520,00/month (fixed) Mobile phone credit allowance: R$ 60,00/month (fixed) Health Plan: with 30% co-payment Life Insurance **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a 1-hour break; Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. **Must have flexible availability for working hours** **Job Responsibilities** * Build relationships and generate trust with customers and store teams; * Conduct direct sales, present products, and overcome objections; * Monitor results and identify opportunities to increase sales; * Perform timely product restocking, ensure optimal product visibility at the point of sale (POS), and verify product expiration dates; * Follow established customer service procedures. REQUIREMENTS * Experience as a sales consultant; * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships; * Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset; * Prior experience in the Pharma channel or consumer goods is desirable; * Completed high school education; * Availability for travel, rotating shifts, and flexible working hours.
