**JOB PURPOSE:** Perform general building cleaning services, including cleaning of equipment, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and kitchenettes. Prepare coffee, tea, flavored water, and snacks for service, following safety and hygiene standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain cleanliness and organization of all environments; * Clean surfaces, furniture, and equipment using appropriate cleaning materials and products; * Clean refrigerators, minibars, stoves, and other household appliances; * Wash restrooms and ensure daily supplies are stocked (paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, etc.); * Collect trash from all areas as needed, in accordance with hygiene, health, and safety standards; * Wash the Cooperative’s external areas; * Maintain organization of waiting areas, meeting rooms, and kitchenettes; * Assist with general cleaning of internal and external Unit areas, including window washing, ATM cleaning, elevator cleaning, and trash collection; * Periodically check and replenish disposable cups and candies; * Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies required for daily operations, requesting purchases of cleaning and kitchenette materials and equipment whenever necessary; * Provide support to other departments within the Unit as needed; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in handling building cleaning products and/or equipment. **Additional Information** **COMPENSATION:** BRL 782.80 **BENEFITS:** * Life insurance (tax-exempt); * Meal and/or food card (BRL 1,125.00); * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Day Off. ***Join an excellent place to work.*** All positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD).
