




Job Summary: Professional responsible for vehicle management (receiving, dispatching, inventory), customer service (technical delivery, documentation), sales support, lead generation, and process tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Full vehicle lifecycle management. 2. Customer service and strategic sales support. 3. Lead generation, sales tracking, and commercial improvements. The professional will be responsible for receiving, dispatching, and controlling vehicles, including inventory, yard organization, and cleaning of displayed cars. They will handle technical delivery to customers, document verification, support at events and exhibitions, and keep vehicle prices and information updated in accordance with PROCON regulations. Additionally, they will perform customer prospecting, telephone customer service, and provide support to the sales team, including administrative processes on ViaNuvem, B2B platforms, and coordination with customs brokers. They will conduct test drives, prepare expense reports, monitor corporate and subscription-based sales processes, and track competitors while suggesting commercial improvements.
