Responsibilities include processing departmental payments via ViaNuvem, reconciling supplier advances, and creating and monitoring minimum posting schedules—including feeds and stories on social media, promotional banners on the website, and distribution of materials to online and offline media outlets. Additionally, the role supports the organization of promotional events, assists leaders with supplier quotations and purchases, responds to questions and comments on social media, updates or creates new platforms such as TikTok and LinkedIn, and maintains a cooperative media guidelines manual—including audits and training for new team members. The professional must manage gift item inventory, monitor media balances and investments, verify co-op funds provided by automotive manufacturers, and develop controls and audits to ensure all communication posts and activities are delivered according to plan and expected quality.
