Basic knowledge of georeferencing and real estate registry records Luciana Moreira Consultoria is recruiting for its partner company **Enprol Engenharia e Projetos LTDA**, seeking a CAD Technician / Draftsperson \- Belo Horizonte \- MG **Job Responsibilities:** The professional will join Enprol’s internal team at its Belo Horizonte \- CE branch, developing topographic plans, conducting residential and land surveys, and preparing descriptive memoranda, reconstructions, real estate registry records, and other related tasks. **Requirements and Technical Competencies:** * Experience with **AutoCAD**, with expertise in producing topographic plans, property plans, and sketches; * Proficiency in using **Word and Excel** to prepare descriptive memoranda and complete technical reports; * Basic knowledge of **georeferencing** and **real estate registry records**. **Education:** Technical high school diploma in Building Construction, Highways, Surveying, or related fields.
