In this Senior Product Manager role, you will join the Real Estate team, whose mission is to deliver market intelligence, data visibility, lead qualification, and performance insights to support advertisers’ decision-making on our platform—as well as their engagement levers. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Define and evolve the Qualification and Performance strategy, aligned with the company’s growth objectives and users’ needs; * Identify and prioritize initiatives aimed at optimizing performance and personalizing results shown to advertisers; * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless and efficient experience; * Test, iterate, and implement new features, continuously enhancing the platform experience; * Monitor and analyze key business and experience metrics (e.g., engagement, ROI, full conversion funnel, impressions, click-through rate, time-on-site, leads) to measure the impact of improvements and ensure continuous optimization; * Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary squad (including designers, engineers, data analysts, among others) to ensure value delivery and alignment of initiatives with strategic goals; * Foster a culture of experimentation by conducting A/B tests, user satisfaction surveys, and quantitative/qualitative analyses to validate hypotheses and improvements; * Track market trends and competitive developments to bring valuable insights and best practices for continuous improvement. 2512220202491879984
