




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing technical and financial budgets for Facilities contracts, analyzing tender documents, sizing teams, and supporting commercial strategies. Interaction with various departments and suppliers, ensuring compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare technical and financial budgets for contracts covering: * Building maintenance (civil, electrical, plumbing, and minor repairs); * Building cleaning and conservation; * Landscaping and gardening; * Refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC). * Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and terms of reference to ensure full understanding of scope. * Size teams, inputs, equipment, PPE, and materials in accordance with technical standards and current legislation. * Perform cost composition (labor, statutory benefits, inputs, mobilization, demobilization, and taxes). * Support the Commercial Department in defining prices, margins, and negotiation strategies. * Conduct technical and commercial alignment with clients and internal departments. * Perform critical analysis of existing contracts, proposing revisions and cost optimizations. * Support the commercial-to-operational transition (handover), ensuring budget adherence to execution. * Interact with suppliers for technical and commercial quotations. * Ensure compliance with technical, labor, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. * Prepare managerial reports on feasibility, margins, and risks. ⸻ **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in: * Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production), * Architecture, * Business Administration or related fields (technical focus is a plus). * Solid experience in budgeting Facilities contracts. * Advanced knowledge of: * Cost composition and labor statutory benefits; * Continuous service contracts; * HVAC, building maintenance, and support services. * Advanced Excel proficiency (cost modeling, dashboards, and analyses). * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and scopes. * Experience with public and/or private contracts (a plus). ⸻ **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and strategic mindset. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Negotiation and technical communication skills. * Autonomy and sense of responsibility. * Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary departments. * Proactive, results-oriented profile. ⸻ **Desirable Differentiators** * Experience with large-scale contracts or multi-site operations. * Knowledge of Facilities management systems. * Experience in BID/RFP processes. * Knowledge of labor legislation applicable to Facilities.
