Opportunity for Professional Growth and Development **Department:** Logistics / Occupational Engineering **Working Hours:** Business hours (Monday to Friday) **Responsibilities:** * Manage HSEQ processes within logistics/industrial operations; * Develop, implement and monitor occupational safety programs (PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO, etc.); * Monitor health and safety indicators, proposing preventive and corrective action plans; * Conduct internal audits and support external QSMS audits; * Support awareness campaigns and training on safety, occupational health and environmental best practices; * Participate in incident/accident investigations, prepare technical reports and propose improvements; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), environmental legislation and quality standards; * Support waste management and sustainability practices; * Collaborate with the Occupational Engineering team to drive continuous improvements in ergonomics and risk prevention. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Nursing, Administration or related fields; * Prior experience as a QSMS Analyst in logistics or industrial environments; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards, environmental legislation and integrated management systems; * Proficiency in reporting, KPIs and risk analysis tools; * Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety, Occupational Health or Environmental Management; * Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; * Experience in large-scale logistics operations. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Attractive benefits package (meal allowance, transportation allowance, health insurance, etc.); * Challenging work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
