We are looking for a **Junior Administrative Analyst** to support the administrative routines of the parts commercial area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute administrative routines related to the parts commercial process; * Analyze purchase requisitions and support inventory control; * Monitor parts picking and shipping to customers; * Issue purchase orders, invoices, bank slips, and Tax Substitution (ST) guides; * Update and manage tracking spreadsheets (Excel); * Provide service and support to internal and external customers; * Support the commercial team with operational demands of the area. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. **Desirable:** * Experience in industrial sector companies; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desired Profile:** We seek a proactive professional capable of working autonomously, who is punctual, organized, and able to collaborate effectively within a team. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration; * Attractive benefits package; * Opportunity for professional development within an international industrial group.
