




Description: Responsible for developing and monitoring the tactical sales plan for all TOTVS business units, supporting the commercial area with initiatives that boost team output and productivity. Ensuring efficiency of commercial processes and providing analyses to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: Develop and disseminate the weekly commercial production forecast, based on CRM proposal extractions and anchored by sales funnel conversion criteria; Support monthly new sales closing activities, acting as mediator among involved areas; Safeguard variable compensation models and incentive campaigns, serving as HR’s focal point for defining, communicating, maintaining, and creating such models. Ensure business model applicability by analyzing and documenting the rules for each offering based on commercial proposals and contracts. Ensure governance and integrity of billing processes. Develop communications and training materials, and guide the commercial team. Measure and incentivize commercial team adherence to revenue assurance procedures through performance reports. Ensure continuity of activities under your responsibility through process automation and documentation. Develop and disseminate executive reports for decision-making using dashboards, spreadsheets, and executive presentations. Develop metrics that improve team delivery quality, balancing productivity distribution and fixed versus variable compensation. Develop target allocation rationale for teams according to variable compensation models, capacity, level, operational segment, and business potential.
