Manage large-scale international accounts, conducting daily routines, operational alignments, performance monitoring, and maintaining critical indicators (revenue, average order value, volume, SLA, returns, weight, tariffing, and lost shipments). Perform commercial and operational analyses, transforming data into clear guidance for customers and internal departments, as well as producing executive materials for weekly and monthly meetings. Act as the central point of contact among Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, Risk, and Customer Experience (CX), ensuring action deployment, process regularization, and well-documented alignments.
