**FUNCTION SUMMARY** Responsible for executing, operationalizing, and preparing performance reports for social media strategies, including creating and curating relevant content, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and operating tools to boost sales. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Manage and update daily the Group ATT’s social media accounts and Instagram account (Instagram and LinkedIn). Create, approve with the Marketing Analyst, and publish relevant and engaging content on Group ATT’s social media channels. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media promptly and in accordance with industry guidelines. Generate and analyze monthly social media performance reports for presentation to Management, proposing improvements for future initiatives. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry best practices. Operationalize Live Commerce events and other sales-boosting initiatives, such as influencer partnerships and others. Participate in meetings with the direct manager and administrative team whenever requested. Attend in-person or extranet-based training sessions when directed by Group ATT’s Management or Administration. Access/monitor the franchisor’s communication channels (operations manual, portals, extranet, magazines, guides, corporate email, among others) for continuous updates. Ensure the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under their responsibility, with special attention to LGPD – General Data Protection Law regulations. Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized to ensure optimal usage conditions and safeguard occupational health and environmental aspects. Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to their area of responsibility, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted.
