**Job Description:** We are looking for an **E-commerce Analyst** to manage and operate marketplaces, with a focus on **Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Amazon**. This professional will be responsible for ensuring ad performance, increasing sales, operational organization, and excellence in customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage accounts and operations on Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Amazon marketplaces * Create, optimize, and update listings (titles, descriptions, images, and attributes) * Monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, visits, reputation, and SLA) * Manage pricing, promotions, and sponsored campaigns (ADS) * Control inventory, integrations, and prevent stockouts * Track orders, shipping deadlines, logistics, and after-sales service * Respond to customers via chat, marketplace questions, and messages * Analyze competitors and propose growth strategies * Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies and rules * Support the preparation of performance reports and KPIs **Requirements:** * Proven experience with Mercado Livre, Shopee, and/or Amazon * Knowledge of listing management and sponsored campaigns * Basic understanding of marketplace SEO * Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (ROI, conversion rate, average order value, CAC) * Organized, detail-oriented, and analytically minded * Strong written communication skills * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERPs or integration hubs (Bling, Tiny, Anymarket, etc.) * Experience in retail or pet store sectors * Knowledge of strategic pricing * Experience handling high order volumes **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher **Employment Type:** * CLT **Working Hours:** * Business hours **Location:** * On-site Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
