Job Summary: Perform tire-related services, including equipment maintenance, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel alignment, and repairs, in compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Carry out equipment maintenance, tire mounting and dismounting, and wheel alignment. Monitor tire service life and usage. Replace and retread tires. Repair tires using cold and hot patching methods. Repair inner tubes and balance wheel-tire assemblies. Provide roadside assistance to vehicles. Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform equipment maintenance, tire mounting and dismounting, and wheel alignment. * Monitor tire service life and usage. * Replace and retread tires. * Repair tires using cold and hot patching methods. * Repair inner tubes and balance wheel-tire assemblies. * Check for leaks in the hydraulic jack according to the weight being lifted. * Keep the pressure relief valve closed after use. * Drain water from the air compressor. * Check the air compressor oil level. * Replace water in the water tank. * Clean tools. * Manage tire dispatch and return for retreading. * Maintain proper tire inflation pressure. * Remove tires from wheels. * Remove inner tube protectors. * Remove inner tubes from tires. * Secure wheels using bolts. * Locate punctures; remove penetrating objects.
