You will be responsible for actively prospecting new associates, presenting ABV benefits and coverage options, preparing proposals, closing deals, and supporting associates post\-sale, helping expand our benefits and ensuring the best experience for our associates. What you will do: * **Conduct active and receptive sales;** * **Perform pre- and post\-sale activities according to standards and study the services offered** * **Update information in the system (pre-registration in SGA)** * **Present products and services to associates,** * **Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions** * **Prepare proposals** * **Close sales** * **Assist associates in selecting products and services by developing relationship strategies** * **Provide support to the commercial supervisor** * **Retain customers through relationship-building strategies** * **Promote additional sales and provide support** * Receive and register customer complaints * **Occasionally prospect external customers** * **Occasional internal and external inspections** * **Responsible for organizing and maintaining stores orderly when applicable** * **Continuous improvement and other duties relevant to the position.** **What we seek:** * Prior experience in sales or customer service; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive profile, goal-oriented, and skilled in negotiation; * Comfortable using mobile phones/computers for outreach. Prerequisite: Completed High School Microsoft Office Suite Driver's License (CNH) Experience in vehicle protection sales is a plus.
