Job Summary: Performs general support tasks for warehouse operations, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and coffee handling, as well as assisting with loading and product identification. From purchasing to quality control and logistics, in each and every field we have highly trained colleagues that do their very best every day to guarantee the high standard of client satisfaction that we are so proud of. **We are certified as a Great Place to Work®, highlighting our strong culture of trust, collaboration, and respect.** **Discover here** **what our employees like best about our workplace.** * Reports to the Warehouse Leader, Coordinator, or Supervisor and performs simple general support tasks for warehouse operations, such as floor cleaning, bag cleaning, silo cleaning, pipe cleaning, etc., aiming to keep the area clean. * Performs simple general support tasks for warehouse operations daily, such as floor cleaning, metal structure cleaning, bag cleaning, silo cleaning, pipe cleaning, etc., aiming to keep the area clean. * Assists in unloading coffee beans into hoppers by opening valves on bags positioned above the storage area by the forklift operator, ensuring rapid and accurate replenishment. * Participates in bulk container loading for shipment by installing a liner throughout the container interior to protect cargo or meet contractual transportation requirements. Assists in sealing and locking the container for vehicle release. * Distributes coffee evenly inside bags to ensure uniform filling for optimal stacking, and assists in lifting bags distributed across truck beds to expedite unloading. * Ensures bag preservation for reuse: removes residual beans and cleans interiors, inspects conditions for tears or damage, and forwards damaged bags for stitching or disposal. Folds, ties, palletizes, or compresses bags and sacks to optimize storage space. * Occasionally assists in marking sacks for product identification, batch number, etc., to meet export requirements and customer specifications. * Occasionally operates equipment such as forklifts in the packaging area to perform tasks and organize the area—for example, moving big-bag carts, pallets with available packaging types, etc. * Cleans warehouse metal structures according to a predefined schedule using an aerial work platform (AWP). * Maintains order and cleanliness of the workplace, equipment, and tools using various materials such as brooms and squeegees, vacuum cleaners, compressed air, and—when qualified—operates sweepers for more effective cleaning, ensuring proper organization and maintenance; requests maintenance when necessary. Follows specific procedures learned during training for safe operation of equipment and personal protective equipment to prevent occupational hazards and accidents. * Performs other job-related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
