Description

Job Summary: Responsible for product sorting, packaging, storage, receiving, and processing, as well as customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic product sorting and packaging activities 2. Inventory maintenance and customer service 3. Processing returns and receiving products RESPONSIBILITIES: Sort (picking) and pack (packing) products according to customer orders; Assemble customized packaging to supply production lines; Maintain customer product stock on storage shelves; Ensure delivery of assembled orders to carriers; Process order returns following established procedures; Perform customer product receiving and intake; Conduct verification and counting of products and supplies in inventory; Provide customer service via the designated platform, assisting with inquiries regarding operations, order status, and issue resolution. REQUIREMENTS: Completed elementary education; Experience is a plus; Must have personal transportation or reside near the company.
