Main responsibilities:* Lead and guide the accounting team, ensuring deadlines and quality; * Review and approve financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.); * Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards (CPC, IFRS); * Supervise the submission of ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, etc.); * Provide technical and strategic support to management and clients; * Implement process improvements within the accounting department. Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences with active CRC registration; * Proven experience in the accounting sector, preferably in accounting firms; * Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Domínio, SCI, Alterdata); * Proficiency in accounting and tax regulations; * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
