Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance on yellow-line machinery, diagnosing failures and ensuring full equipment functionality and operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Repairs, adjustments, and replacement of parts and components Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on yellow-line machinery (excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, motor graders, etc.), ensuring full equipment functionality, operational safety, and reduction of unplanned downtime. Identifies and diagnoses basic mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures, performing adjustments, repairs, and component replacements as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on yellow-line machinery (excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, motor graders, etc.); * Diagnose basic mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures; * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and replacement of parts and components; * Conduct technical inspections and operational tests on equipment; * Record performed services, checklists, and maintenance orders; * Comply with safety, environmental, and internal procedures; * Support the operations team by advising on proper equipment usage; * Maintain workplace organization and tool preservation. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience as a yellow-line mechanic; * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; * Basic understanding of electricity applied to heavy machinery; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
