Your **mission** will be to carry out cleaning and organizational activities in the company’s internal and external areas—including offices, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas—ensuring a clean and safe environment for everyone. You will also provide support services, such as transporting materials and maintaining spaces, always adhering to safety and hygiene standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain company premises clean and organized, contributing to a pleasant and safe work environment. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Assist with other general tasks as required by the team and company needs. * Clean and maintain internal and external areas, including offices, restrooms, cafeterias, corridors, and courtyards. * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. * Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) in common-use areas. * Transport and organize furniture and materials as required by the department. * Support internal events or other internal demands, ensuring spaces are properly prepared and ready for use. * Disinfect and maintain equipment and utensils used in daily activities. * Follow instructions from supervisors and management, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and meet required standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in general services is a plus. * Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Proactivity and organizational skills. * Commitment to quality and workplace hygiene. * Knowledge of safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ability to perform physical and manual tasks. * Good communication skills and willingness to perform varied tasks. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * Birthday leave (Day Off); * Psychological counseling program; * Pharmacy discount program; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * TotalPass; * Education assistance; * Unicialne (Corporate University). **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a history marked by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
