Works at the interface among engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring project solutions are constructible, safe, and aligned with schedule and budget. Has experience anticipating interferences, optimizing construction methods, and defining assembly strategies—aiming to increase productivity, reduce rework, and mitigate risks. Actively participates in design reviews, model validation (2D/3D/BIM), execution plan development, and field technical support. Plays a decisive role in interfacing with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, technical standards, and safety requirements—with focus on on-time delivery, controlled cost, quality, and zero accidents. **Detailed Description:** * Lead industrial mechanical engineering projects technically, ensuring robust, safe solutions aligned with schedule, cost, and quality * Conduct constructability analyses, ensuring engineering solutions are feasible and optimized for field assembly * Define execution strategies and assembly sequences, integrating engineering with planning (WBS, AWP, LPS) * Ensure multidisciplinary coordination, eliminating interferences and promoting integration among engineering, procurement, and construction * Validate and review engineering documents (2D/3D/BIM), ensuring compliance with technical standards and client requirements * Provide technical support to execution, resolving field issues and mitigating deviations * Manage technical and construction-related risks, anticipating impacts and proposing preventive actions * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best practices, promoting productivity with a focus on zero accidents **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in medium- and large-scale industrial projects; * Experience in brownfield and greenfield environments, with close involvement in execution; * Solid knowledge of constructability, with ability to anticipate field constraints; * Experience in execution planning, including WBS, AWP, and LPS; * Proficiency in assembly sequencing and construction strategies; * Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D/3D) and engineering documentation; * Experience with BIM tools and project coordination (e.g., Navisworks, 3D models); * Knowledge of industrial technical standards (ABNT, ASME, API, among others); **Preferred Qualifications:** * Fluent English and experience in international environments, capable of leading technical meetings and interfacing with global stakeholders; * International experience or involvement in multicultural projects, especially within major EPCs or base industries; * Project management certifications such as PMP, or advanced training in FEL, AWP, and Lean Construction; * Advanced BIM specialization, with expertise in 3D/4D/5D coordination and clash-detection tools; * Proven track record in complex industrial projects, delivering key results on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety targets; * Additional education in management or applied engineering, such as postgraduate studies or an MBA in project management, industrial engineering, or related fields; **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: São Gonçalo do Amarante - CE * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * TotalPass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
