Works from conceptual phases through execution, ensuring that civil engineering solutions (foundations, structures, infrastructure works, and industrial buildings) are technically robust, constructively viable, and aligned with schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Demonstrates strong capability in constructability analysis, execution planning, and multidisciplinary integration, ensuring compatibility with other disciplines and adherence to field realities. Directly contributes to defining execution strategies, risk mitigation, and resource optimization. Plays a strategic role at the interface between engineering, procurement, and construction, supporting decision-making and ensuring projects are executable, safe, and efficient—with emphasis on productivity, quality, and zero accidents. **Detailed Description:** * Technical leadership of industrial civil projects, guiding the development of solutions for foundations, structures, earthworks, drainage, and industrial buildings; * Work on greenfield and brownfield projects, considering operational constraints, existing interferences, and integration with operating plants; * Constructability analysis, ensuring engineering solutions are executable, safe, and optimized for field assembly; * Definition of execution strategies, including construction sequencing, execution methods, and workfront planning; * Multidisciplinary integration, ensuring compatibility with mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines, eliminating interferences; * Review and validation of designs, including drawings, calculation memos, technical specifications, and material lists; * Field technical support, resolving on-site issues, implementing design adjustments, and mitigating deviations; * Technical and construction risk management, anticipating impacts and proposing solutions to safeguard schedule and cost; * Interface with clients, inspectors, and suppliers, aligning technical solutions and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements; * Assurance of compliance with standards, quality, and safety—promoting solutions meeting technical requirements and the goal of zero accidents; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with active registration at CREA; * Minimum 10 years of experience in medium- and large-scale industrial projects; * Proven experience in greenfield and brownfield projects; * Solid knowledge of structures, foundations, earthworks, and industrial infrastructure; * Experience in constructability analysis, focusing on execution feasibility; * Knowledge of execution planning, including WBS, AWP, and construction sequencing; * Advanced ability to read and interpret designs and calculation memos (2D/3D); * Experience with BIM tools and multidisciplinary coordination; * Proficiency in applicable technical standards (ABNT, NBR, ACI, etc.); * Intermediate to advanced English, with capacity for technical communication; **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Fluent English and experience in international environments, capable of leading technical meetings and interfacing with global stakeholders; * International experience or involvement in multicultural projects—especially within major EPCs or base industries; * Project management certifications such as PMP, or advanced training in FEL, AWP, and Lean Construction; * Advanced BIM specialization, with proficiency in 3D/4D/5D coordination and clash-detection tools; * A proven track record in complex industrial projects, with demonstrable achievements in schedule, cost, quality, and safety; * Complementary education in management or applied engineering—e.g., postgraduate studies or MBA in project management, industrial engineering, or related fields; **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: São Gonçalo do Amarante \- CE * Working Hours: 44 hours per week **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * TotalPass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
