We are looking for a Commercial Store Manager to work in the mobile technology and telecommunications segment, leading sales operations, monitoring targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Main responsibilities: * Manage the sales team's performance, ensuring target achievement. * Monitor performance indicators (average ticket, conversion rate, productivity). * Train, motivate, and develop the team. * Control inventory, cash flow, and store operational processes. * Ensure service standards and brand image are maintained at the point of sale. Requirements: * Previous experience in retail store management, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or technology. * Sales and analytical profile with a focus on results. * Strong leadership, people management, and effective communication skills. * High school diploma required (higher education will be a plus).
