Generalist HR Analyst

We are looking for a **HR Analyst** to work in a generalist role within a **small-sized supermarket company**, supporting people management processes and ensuring compliance with labor-related routines. **Main responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of employees for different supermarket departments; * Onboarding and follow-up of new employees; * Time tracking, benefits, and payroll management (support and verification); * Management of vacations, hires, terminations, and ancillary obligations; * Support in developing internal marketing and organizational climate initiatives; * Employee assistance, providing support on HR and administrative demands; * Organization of departmental documents and reports. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Previous experience in HR and administrative personnel routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial; * Good communication skills, organization, and sense of responsibility. **Benefits** * Negotiable salary * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Discount agreement at the supermarket Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Expected start date: 12/01/2025
