Sincerely, HR Team — AP Ponto **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct technical site visits to verify customer assistance requests. * Support identification of non-conformities and record incidents in internal systems. * Assist in monitoring service providers during maintenance and repair activities. * Ensure proper use of PPE, materials, and tools. * Complete service reports and checklists according to company standards. * Ensure courteous, empathetic, and respectful customer service during all interactions. * Support corrective and preventive actions related to delivered property quality. * Issue purchase orders and invoices Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00; Friday 08:00–17:00 **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing Civil Engineering degree, or Technical Diploma in Building Construction * **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, experience in building maintenance, construction projects, or technical customer service is preferred. * **Desired Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems. Ability to read architectural drawings and technical manuals. * Personal vehicle for transportation * Availability to travel between construction sites.
