**Key Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead industrial automation projects from conception through commissioning and assisted operation; * Develop and implement system solutions for industrial processes; * Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of automation and control systems; * Coordinate suppliers, system integrators, and contracted companies on industrial projects; * Draft technical specifications and automation system architectures; * Manage project schedules, scope, risks, costs, and KPIs; * Conduct failure analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective/preventive action plans; * Participate in startups, commissioning, and scheduled maintenance shutdowns; * Lead technological modernization and obsolescence management initiatives for industrial systems; * Implement industrial cybersecurity best practices in OT environments; * Integrate industrial systems with data platforms, MES, historians, and Data Lakes; * Support Industry 4.0, analytics, artificial intelligence, and industrial digitalization initiatives; * Promote technical standardization and governance of automation systems; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control and Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial automation within the steelmaking sector; * Advanced knowledge of automation system development and architecture; * Experience managing industrial automation projects; * Knowledge of IT/OT integration; * Experience with industrial data analysis and historians; * Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity; * Experience with project management methodologies; * Technical/intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Experience in steelmaking processes; * PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications; * Experience with Machine Learning applied to industry; Industrial digital transformation experience. * **Behavioral Competencies:** * Technical leadership; * Systemic vision; * Analytical ability; * Stakeholder management; * Interpersonal communication; * Sense of urgency; * Decision-making; * Conflict management; * Multidisciplinary teamwork; Focus on safety and results. * **Other Important Details:** In the “Attach Document” field, you must attach your updated resume.
