Check the requirements for this position:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Customer service experience is desirable; * Knowledge of gate-related processes is a plus. **Work Schedule**: Rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service; * Verification of documentation to initiate the administrative process at the internal gate; * Data entry into the OPUS and CONNECT systems; * Registration of third-party driver documentation; * Authorization of customs transit procedures in the Federal Revenue’s proprietary systems; * Providing support to the Gate team.
