




Job Summary: A generalist HR Assistant who supports the team in various activities, ranging from onboarding and integration to administrative processes and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in onboarding and integration activities for new employees. 2. General administrative support to the Human Resources department. 3. Employee assistance and guidance regarding HR-related matters. **Generalist Human Resources Assistant** Main Responsibilities:* Support the Human Resources team in onboarding and integration activities for new employees. * Perform payroll and benefits reconciliation. * Conduct daily electronic timekeeping system verification. * Monitor the probationary period of new employees. * Process documentation and record functional information in the HR system. * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, such as preparing reports, managing vacation schedules and benefits, and handling other related tasks. * Assist and guide employees regarding questions and requests related to labor and HR matters. **Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Human Resources sector. * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices. * Strong communication, organizational, detail-oriented, and proactive skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:*** Familiarity with the Sênior system. * Experience with payroll processing and personnel administration. **Additional Information:** \- Working hours: 07:45 \- 12:00 and 13:12 \- 17:45, Monday through Friday.
