Supports the finance department in accounts payable and receivable routines A service and facilities outsourcing company is seeking a Purchasing Analyst in Navegantes. **Responsibilities:** Execute and monitor operational purchasing activities for stores, including raw materials, packaging, and cleaning supplies. Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers. Support the finance department in accounts payable and receivable routines. Organize documents and perform simple reconciliations. Issue and verify invoices. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Purchasing Coordinator, or Purchasing Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
