Responsibilities: Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of materials and services; Execute purchases according to project planning and construction schedules; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and material quality; Analyze costs and propose alternatives for resource optimization; Collaborate with engineering and finance departments; Record, control, and monitor purchase orders via system. **Requirements:** Proven experience in procurement within the civil construction industry; Experience working with construction companies (a significant advantage); Knowledge of the Sienge system; Strong negotiation and organizational skills; Analytical and proactive profile.
