Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support decision-making through analyses, KPIs, and forecasts, optimizing construction planning processes. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on data analysis and decision-making We are looking for a **Planning Analyst** to work strategically, supporting decision-making through analyses, KPIs, and forecasts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Structure the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for planning; * Define execution sequences, rhythms, and service phases; * Collect and analyze productivity data directly with construction teams; * Develop executive planning for projects; * Update schedules monthly, performing variance analysis and replanning; * Monitor short-term planning on-site, ensuring alignment with actual execution; * Monitor medium- and long-term construction planning; * Standardize, optimize, and continuously improve planning processes; * Support inspection routines conducted by financial institutions; * Create, manage, and update planning support tools. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in construction planning; * Experience using the Prevision software; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong focus, concentration, and priority management skills; * Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
