Team collaboration to improve administrative processes. **Mission** Provide administrative support to the billing and finance departments, including document organization, system data entry, and operational assistance to responsible assistants, contributing to the accurate execution of administrative processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in entering service invoices into required systems and portals. * Support the billing officer in departmental administrative routines. * Organize and archive billing-related documents. * Perform simple data entry and updates in systems. * Verify documents and forward pending items to the department head. * Assist in sorting and organizing documents for submission to accounting. * Support other administrative tasks. **Requirements** * Technical course in Administration or related fields; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; * Preferred: Basic knowledge of medical billing, fundamental understanding of TUSS or CID, experience with medical billing systems. **Behavioral Skills** * Attention to detail * Organization * Planning * Empathy * Concentration **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:30
